We will consult operator
guidelines to integrate them
into our signage solutions.
After completing the data
collection, the next step is to
develop the concept design for
the wayfinding and signage
system. We will prepare and
submit alternative concept
designs, detailing preliminary
materials, finishes, fonts,
pictograms, and colors for all
concepts. In collaboration with
our client's consultants, we will
discuss the concept designs,
revise them, and re-submit
them based on our client's
feedback.
Schematic Design
Following the approval of the
concept design, we will refine
individual sign types, working
closely with the design team to
ensure all designs align with
the project's vision and
requirements. A schematic
design for the complete family
of signs, detailing sizes, color
palette, material finishes, and
illumination options, will be
delivered for approval.
Detailed Design
A detailed design will be
prepared upon the client's
approval of the schematic
design. This will involve
coordinating all sign sizes,
locations, power, and structural
requirements with the client
and project consultants.
Tender Document
The final step is the
preparation of tender
documentation. This includes
the message schedule, signage
specifications, signage
standards manual, location
plans, signage technical
drawings, and bill of quantities.
